I write this short blog post to touch on SPEAKING IN TONGUES.
IT IS BIBLICAL.
IT IS NECESSARILY EDIFYING.
SATAN HATES IT. Speaking in Heaven’s tongues terrifies Satan. It turns the roaring lion into a cowering salamander. Seminary does not make you an expert in scripture.
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 14:26
Stop leaning to your own understanding about speaking in tongues and stop listening to false doctrine based on the doctrine of man. Jesus said IN MY NAME they will speak new tongues and cast out devils.

I do get the impression from the Bible that the tongues are real languages used here on earth. See Acts 2.

Jesus said in his name we would speak in NEW tongues. Besides, there were 120 believers all speaking loudly at the same time. How would anyone distinguish their own language in that kind of circumstance? Ancient dialects and heavenly tongues we wouldn’t understand with physical ears.
